▼ 아침 일찍 인디폴에서 비행기를 타고와서 경유편으로 다시 갈아타러갑니다. 이번에는 특별히 미국에서 한국 가는 편도편에서 에어캐나다의 B787을 타보려고 캐나다를 경유하여 가는 편으로 티켓구매를 했습니다. 미국에서 한국으로 가는 편도의 경우는 유나이티드 마일리지로 구매하였고 같은 마일리지 차감율을 가지는 다양한 루트중에서 에어캐나다의 B787을 탈수있는 여행편으로 구매했습니다. 경유지만 캐나다도 처음이고, 에어캐나다도 처음, B787도 처음 타봅니다. After my early morning flight from Indianapolis to Chicago, I am connecting to another flight. I specifically chose an itinerary that included Air Canada's B787 among many others on this one-way ticket from USA to Korea using United Airlines mileage because it was my first time flying on a B787, Air Canada and (although it's only a quick lay over) setting my foot on Canadian soil. 

▼ 현재 시간은 시카고 현지 시간으로 7시 9분입니다. 인디폴에서 오전 7시쯤 출발했는데 시차때문에 한시간을 벌어서 7시 9분이네요. 토론토에 가면 다시 그 벌었던 1시간을 돌려줘야합니다. 인디폴시간이랑 토론토 시간이 같기 때문이죠. It is now 7:09 AM local time in Chicago. I departed from IND airport at around 7 AM but due to time difference, it is only 7:09 AM now. I will have to lose that extra 1 hour that I earned due to time difference when I arrive at Toronto since Toronto shares the same time zone with IND.

▼ 탑승해서 자리에 앉았습니다. 현재 오전 7시 39분. I boarded the plane and sat on my seat. It is 7:39 AM.

▼ 나름 개인 모니터도 있습니다.. 둘러보니 뭐 특별히 볼건 없더라구요. It has a personal monitor.. which didn't really have a lot to watch...

▼ 오전8시4분, 푸시백 후 출발합니다. Starting to taxi after push back. 8:04 AM.

▼ 오전 8시 19분, 활주로 진입합니다. Entering the runway. 8:19 AM.

▼ 이륙해서 시카고 다운타운을 오른쪽에 끼고 고도를 높입니다. 2월 시카고의 모습은.. 추워보입니다. Took off and climbing with Chicago downtown to the right. Chicago in February...looks freezing...

▼ 오렌지 주스를 주네요. 8시 55분, 이륙후 35분쯤 됐습니다. I was served with a cup of orange juice. It's 35 minutes after take off, 8:55AM.

▼ 벌써 이정도 왔군요. We're already nearing Toronto.

▼ 주스를 마시다보니 컵 바닥에 에어 캐나다 로고가 보이는군요 ㅎㅎ 귀여워서 찍었습니다. As I drank the juice, I could see the Air Canada's logo on the bottom of the cup. Thought it was quite cute...

▼ 이제 하강합니다. 오전 9시 8분입니다. 이륙한지 50분쯤 됐네요. Descending to Toronto. It's about 50 minutes after take off, 9:08 AM.

▼ 시카고처럼 멋진 토론토 다운타운 뷰가 보이네요. A wonderful downtown view of Toronto just like Chicago can be seen.

▼ 착륙했습니다. 이륙후 딱 한시간 조금 안걸렸습니다. 현재 시각은 시카고 시간으로는 9시 17분, 토론토 현지 시각으로 10시17분입니다. 인디폴에서 새벽 6시반에 출발해서 벌써 비행기를 한번 갈아타고 두번째 경유지에 도착했습니다. Landed at Toronto after a little less than an hour after taking off from Chicago. It's 9:17AM in Chicago time, 10:17 AM local time. I arrived at my second lay-over stop after transferring one plane originating all the way back from IND at 6:30 AM.

▼ 에어 캐나다의 B777입니다. A350도 아닌데 선글라스 낀것 같은 칵핏모양이 멋있네요. Air Canada's B777 is passing by. Although it's not A350, sun-glass cockpit looks great on B777.

▼ 게이트에 도착했습니다. 이제 마지막 경유편인 한국행 Air Canada B787을 타러 가봅시다. Arrived at the gate. Now let's head for my last connecting Air Canada B787 flight bound for Korea.
