▼ 새벽 5시 43분. 뉴질랜드의 온천 관광도시로 유명한 로토루아에 있는 작은 지역공항입니다. 인근 대도시인 오클랜드에서는 차로 2시간40여분 걸립니다. 저는 오클랜드에서 버스를 타고 일일투어를 하고 이곳으로 와서 로토루아에서 관광을 즐기고 다시 오클랜드로 돌아갑니다. 이제 호주/뉴질랜드 신혼여행을 마치고 한국으로 돌아가는 길입니다. 한국으로 돌아가서 다시 며칠뒤 미국으로 돌아갑니다. 이번 미국 귀국길은 태평양이 아닌 대서양을 건너는 폴란드 항공 비즈니스석으로 끊어두었습니다. 여유롭게 푹 쉬면서 돌아갈 예정입니다. It's 5:43AM and I'm now at Rotorua regional airport in a small tourist city famous for hot spring in New Zealand. It is about 2hr40mins drive away from the biggest city in New Zealand, Auckland. I took a bus in a one-day tour departing from Auckland and arrived at Rotorua. After enjoying the hot springs here at Rotorua, I'm headed back to Auckland to return to Korea after my honeymoon in Australia/New Zealand. Few days after returning to Korea, I will fly back to US but not over the Pacific but over the Atlantic ocean via LOT Polish airlines. I am planning to rest in their business class seat throughout 2 long flights from Korea to Warsaw and then to Chicago.
▼ 작은 공항이고 국내선밖에 없어서 그런지 체크인카운터에서 게이트까지 몇발자국 안되고 보안검사조차 없네요. This airport is very small and there wasn't any security check maybe because it is domestic-only airport. It is few steps away from the check in counter and the gates.

▼ 거의 다 왔습니다. 금방 도착하네요. 이륙후 40분입니다. We're almost there. 40minutes after take off.
▼ 내리면서 본 비행기의 모습입니다. 뒤에서 해가 뜨는것이 보이네요. 7시반이 조금 넘었네요. I took this as I was de-boarding the plane. I can see the rising sun behind. It's slightly past 7:30AM.
▼ 국제선 터미널로 가서 이제 오사카행 에어뉴질랜드로 환승하겠습니다. 에어 뉴질랜드 B787기종의 비즈니스석이 기대됩니다. I'm headed for the International terminal. I will transfer to Air Zealand flight bound for Osaka. I'm looking forward to the Air New Zealand's B787 business class!
